Barry O’Halloran

Barry joined the firm in 2007 having previously worked in a commercial environment as a sales executive. He quickly progressed to the position of associate director with responsibility for a portfolio of clients in the manufacturing, retail, distribution and franchise sectors where his hands-on commercial approach is most valued.

Working closely with the firm’s managing partner, Barry engages with owner manager clients on a regular basis, placing particular focus on cash flow management and bottom line profitability. Through the preparation and interpretation of quarterly management accounts he ensures that clients are in a position to make timely and informed decisions based on the most up to date financial information. Restructuring and ‘right-sizing’ the business in the current market environment is under constant review with clients as part of this process.

Barry also manages the firm’s portfolio of clients in the not-for-profit sector and regularly carries out financial reviews on behalf of a state funding agency. He recently carried out an assignment for the development of a training programme for the installation and implementation of Accounting and Payroll software across 30 youth development projects.
